Remember hearing the pole vaulters talking about all the work they put into their season during the off season? Everywhere we went and the kids that we spoke with all credited their off season to their successful track season.
That day is here! Well, actually it’s tomorrow and we are ready to get started on the right foot forward! This is not typical gymnastics, this is pole vault specific gymnastics.
Come join us tomorrow for our summer pole vault gymnastics series. The cost is $20 per session and a once a year insurance fee of $20. We have quite a few athletes signed up already and if you would like to join us, we would like to have you there.

Due to a change in work schedule with our gymnastics coach the event is over for summer. We will be back in the fall to continue. Right now we have summer pole vaulting for the next three weeks. Doug
