Katie Rodriguez has committed to North Eastern University in Boston, Massachusetts to continue her pole vaulting career. She boasts a personal best of 12 feet, achieved during her junior year in high school. The official signing took place on National Signing Day at Vista Murrieta High School, where she is coached by Derek Bouma of the Vaulter Club.
